Switching to Compostable Packaging Doesn’t Have to Be Complicated

Making the transition to sustainable packaging is a priority for most modern businesses, but for many buyers and operations directors, the process feels daunting.

You might be asking yourself: Will eco-friendly packaging protect my product? Will it run smoothly on our packing lines? How much hassle is this going to cause our team?

At Treetop Biopak, we believe switching to compostable and sustainable packaging should be simple, seamless, and risk-free. You shouldn’t have to compromise on machinery performance or product protection just to meet your sustainability goals.

Here is how our simple 3-step Treetop Journey guides you from where you are today to a fully sustainable packaging solution.

Sample

Every successful transition starts with a conversation. We take the time to understand your specific packaging needs—whether that is shelf-life requirements, barrier properties, or aesthetic standards. Once we understand your operational goals, we send tailored samples directly to your door so you can evaluate the material quality firsthand.

Trial

Before making any major commitments, we test everything in your real-world production environment. If you use automated machinery or high-speed packing lines, our technical team supports you every step of the way—ensuring machine settings, heat seals, and feed speeds run efficiently without downtime.

Switch

Once you are completely confident in the trial results, we move to full production. You supply your artwork (or we help prepare it), and we manufacture and deliver your finished compostable packaging, ready for your customers.
